The Martian Republic uses Marscoin's blockchain as an immutable ledger for notarizing important documents and data. Using OP_RETURN transactions, IPFS hashes of documents are permanently anchored to the blockchain, providing an unalterable timestamp and proof of existence.
Permanent Record
Once recorded on the Marscoin blockchain, document records cannot be altered or erased, providing a permanent and immutable timestamp proof.
Decentralized Storage
Documents are stored on IPFS (InterPlanetary File System), a distributed and resilient network perfectly suited for interplanetary use.
Cryptographic Verification
The integrity of documents can be cryptographically verified at any time by comparing IPFS content hashes with the records on the blockchain.
